The Kentucky Anatomic Sheepskin Half Pad improves contact between rider and horse. Developed with advanced technical materials, but one that is a lot thinner, than other Kentucky pads on the market. This therefore provides the rider with a better connection with the horse, whilst still offering great protection to the horse’s back.
The innovative five layer system of the pad absorbs shocks and minimises the pressure of the saddle and rider on the horses back. The Kentucky Anatomic Sheepskin Half Pad is made out of an absorb fabric, a memory foam, a shock absorbing gel, again a memory foam and another absorb fabric. The outside lining is a micro-fibre with ventilation holes. This allows it to be quick to dry and also provides anti-slip properties.
The reduced thickness of the half pad, therefore offers maximum freedom and stability, whilst reducing back pain. It offers extra comfort to the horse and rider.Soft and flexible it provides maximum protection for the horse.
The New anatomic shape ensures the freedom of the withers and spine. The artificial sheepskin has no technical features, it only serves a design purpose, since the sheepskin is only placed at the height of the withers and alongside the cushions of the saddle.
